Introducing Mindfulness

Thursday Mornings 9:15-10:30

  • Three practical and evidence-based sessions

  • Begin to notice where your awareness is, more of the time, and that you have the capacity to train your attention

  • Develop a meditation practice to help ground you in a fast paced life

  • Develop steadier habits and routines

  • Begin to respond to difficult thoughts and feelings more skilfully

  • Create small, sustainable moments of rest and presence and consider ways to apply these within a busy life

Mindfulness for Life

  • 8 weekly online sessions, 2 hours each

  • Guided meditations and invitational reflective space 

  • Cognitive exercises to support learning about the workings of the mind

  • Recorded audio files of meditations to use for home practice 

  • Written materials to refer to between sessions and after the course 

  • Experiential learning in a supportive group environment 

  • All courses draw upon evidence based mindfulness approached developed by The Oxford Mindfulness Foundation

I teach together with my partner Sarah Laurie, certified mindfulness teacher.

The next two courses begin on:

30th September 2026 - Wednesday evenings, 7:15-9:15 pm, with a break on 28th October

27 January 2027 - Wednesday evenings, 7:15-9:1 5 pm, with a break on February 24th
